MS Outlook Express 4.0

1. Double click the IE4.0 icon on the background and select the Mail icon on the top menu of web browser.

   or Execute the Outlook Express directly.

   And Select Tools > Accounts... of Outlook Express like following picture!

   

2. Then following picture pops up. Click the Add > on the right side.
   Then select 'Mail' among Mail, News and Directory Service.

   

3. Your Name:input your shinbiro id(or screen name) and click next.

   

4. Internet E-mail Address: Input your E-mail adress
   (ex. Shinbiro ID@shinbiro.com)

   

5. E-mail Server Name: type the following information.

   - Incoming mail[POP3 or IMAP]server : mail.shinbiro.com
   - Outgoing[SMTP]server : mail.shinbiro.com

   

6. Internet Mail Logon :

   - POP account name : Your Shinbiro ID
   - password : your password

   

7. Friendly Name : Your E-mail address (ex. shinbiroID@shinbiro.com)

   

8. Choose Connection Type : If you use modem in your home, select 'Connect using my phone line', or if you connect in your office through the established line, select 'Connect using my LAN'.

   If you don't setup your internet connection yet, select the 3rd option.

   

9. All the setup is finished. Select finish
