If the Bank Payable Bill cannot be delivered due to wrong address information or a
changed address, the account will be terminated. If there is a change of address please
call our help-desk center (080-725-4357). If payment is not paid for two months, the user's
account will be frozen and access to the account prohibited.

| For personal users who pay the monthly fee with credit card or through
automatic withdrawal service, Shinbiro monthly service fee details and receipt has been
sent by e-mail since May 1999. However, for users who registered PPP service as a
coporate bodies or who pay the bill using GIRO(bank payable bill), this service is not
applicable due to tax and related matters.
