Let the Shinbiro service representative know 24 hours before you leave Korea.
Change the dial-in number in your communication program and setup your PC's outgoing SMTP server to "roam.shinbiro.com".
For the dial-in access number of each area, please check the GRIC Member Phonebook before going on a business trip or abroad.
Enter your your full e-mail address as user name and the same password in the login prompt.
User Name : login ID@shinbiro.com
Password : ********
This will enable you to be identified to which GRIC Member ISP you are subscribed to and then your login will be authenticated by your ISP server just as if you were dialing in from Korea.
After connecting, make sure you set the Proxy Setting to "No Proxy" in the browser, either Netscape or MS Explorer, you use.

Check your environment!
- Check your PC's operating system and its version
- Check which type is the digital switch board in your area and if your device is suitable for it.
- Make your mind which service you would use : internet only, internet and fax service, or internet and phone service, etc.
Required ISDN devices
- TA : Terminal Adapter(external/internal)
- NT : Network Terminator
- S-card : It needs a external network terminator
- U-card : It needs a internal network terminator
Setup [Control Panel]'s [Network] configuration of Windows again.
- Install ISDN terminal adapter and network terminator.
- Add appropriate adapter's device driver instead of modem driver on your PC's network configuration.
